The floor looked like someone had spilled something and it had not been cleaned. The smoke alarm went off all night. The mirror had a layer of dust. I only stayed one night and I was scheduled for 3. I got up early and went to the hospital and did not get back til one. They only wanted to refund for 1 day. They offered me another room that was supposed to be smoke free, but the smoke alarm was still going off. No coffee or breakfast.

None present medical inn motel in Oklahoma City Oklahoma we were not happy it said continental breakfast there was no condimental breakfast it was coffee and donuts bought from the store

Floor in room was sticky, there was a used dirty wash cloth from previous stay hung on shower head, the quilt on the bed had holes in it as if it were once burned and the burn was cut out. Bed was very solid as in hard,Not good for occupants with back issues at all.

Couldn't be any closer to OU medical center.

It's an older little hotel without a lot of fancy stuff but it was exactly what I needed. Right by OU medical center, I'll Definitely. Use it again.

Wasn’t too bad except housekeeping sucked. There was no toilet paper, the plug to the bathtub was missing, I had to take out my own trash & there is not a laundry area available to use. Beds were a little hard but not too bad. Rooms were pretty big.

Very bad experience

This hotel reeked of cigarettes. The room was dirty, like it hadn't been sweep at all. The toliet wouldn't flush. I had to take the tank lid off and get it to fill with water. Bathroom floor was dirty. It says thay serve breakfast. Nothing at all but coffee. No fruit nothing. I was told by the Children's Hispital that my grabdson would be goung home so i canceled my second night. When i went in at 9 oclick at night to pay that night because they didnt release my gradson the owner was hateful. He told me i couldn't stay there for the amount i was quoted by Hotels com because i canceled my night that morning. I made my reservations at 8:25 at night. He said because i had reservations the night before i had to pay his higher price. He wouldn't even look at my email conformation. He finally called the service and they told him i did have reservations. He got mad at them and told them something. I couldnt understand what he was saying. Said they had vending nachines, no they didn't. I only stayed because i just needed some place to sleep and didn't want to drive 2 to 3 miles that late at night to find another hotel. This was a horrible experience. Don't stay there.

This place is very bad. structure, the area, walked in side the lobby and it reeked of cigerettes. We told the person to cancel our reservation. just plain nasty
