This was our first time staying here, as it was a last minute decision. Called and spoke to Tammy, to inquire about a reservation, she was very helpful. After arriving, Juan was at the front desk, for check in and check out, and had exceptional public relations service skills. Great communicator. Will definitely stay here again.

The price was right! The staff were all very nice and helpful! The room was clean and considering the price was very nice. Some want shiny new furnishings and this wasn’t but the price reflected that. The bed was comfortable and everything worked in the room. I will stay there again when u come back to Oklahoma Cirt and a big thank you to all the staff!!!

Staff was nice and room was relatively clean. Mattress was not very comfortable, faucet on tub was fused to where you could only shower. Breakfast is just waffles, oatmeal, muffins and two cereals. There is a large homeless population nearby. For the cheap price, you get what you pay for.

This hotel is in a horrible area of town with crime everywhere. The photos are not accurate to the condition of this property! We called another hotel from the safety of our deadbolted door and checked out within 15 minutes of arriving and didn’t touch a single thing. Our uber driver even said “are you sure you want to stay here” as he was dropping us off, and the front lobby being locked at night and having to checkin through a bulletproof window was our first clue to our safety here. I will say the fella who checked us in was very nice and courteous, and I hope he stays safe working there!

I stayed at this location about mid-June. Mainly writing this review, because the staff was exceptionally helpful and apologetic when I reported a dog had been left alone in the room next to me. The dog started barking at 4am. This went on for over 2.5 hrs. Needless to say I didn't sleep much. Later that morning I followed-up with the staff/manager. She said they will be removing the occupant from the premise. Policy violation, etc. I was booked for two nights, but decide to leave that morning. Mgr offered to move me to another room, but I declined. I had to request a refund with Expedia, so she gave me her contact info, if needed. BTW, Expedia did refund me for the second night. Everything in the room worked (A/C, shower, fridge). CONS: First thing you'll notice is the property isn't very clean. Locals walking through the area, but none bothered guests. I did see a security car drive through the parking lot early evening, and later a police car. Some locals loitering across the street in a parking lot. Don't recommend wandering around the property after 9pm. Ok for one-maybe two-nights.

The front desk staff are very nice very helpful parking is very easy rooms are very clean air conditioning works great. My only critique is housekeeping needs to do a better job when it comes to cleaning the rooms of the tenants that are currently staying in the rooms when they are out and about they should come back to a clean room with fresh towels and clean linen.
