"It’s an older hotel, but the room was kept very clean. The staff were neither good nor bad—they weren't particularly friendly or smiling, just very businesslike, though they were efficient. I was shocked to find there was no hairdryer in the room, especially since they told me they had to "look for a spare." I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn't have a hairdryer in every room. Also, for some reason, the fridge had been pulled out from its usual spot and wouldn't work even when plugged in. Since we arrived late and were exhausted, we just decided to give up and accept it for what it was."

"This place is beautiful and big and feels like you are actually somewhere else than Oklahoma, I’m from Oklahoma and just wanted a weekend getaway and chose this place to stay somewhere different and loved it. I wished I could stay longer and wish the beach was opened but that’s ok! The junior suite is spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. You don’t have to check out, it’s automatic. I do kinda wish they wouldn’t open the Waterparks to the public just to keep the crowd level down but I understand. "

"It was much improved since we stayed there 2 years ago. The only issue we had were with the room keys. We had to get new ones twice (stopped working) but finally they sent someone up to fix the scanner Otherwise everything was fine!"

"If you stay in odd numbered rooms, which face the North, you get a spectacular view of downtown, sunrises and sunsets with the OKC skyline in the background was so worth it!"
