"Room was clean"

"Beautiful hotel. Great restaurant. Gave 4 stars because it needs to more bright in the hallways to the rooms. The ninth floor I stayed on had very dark walls making it seem dull and gloomy. Need to brighten up the colors."

"Excellent room (clean, spacious and comfortable). Very nice breakfast. Excellent free parking. Everything was an A. My only item (notice the word complaint was not selected) is the shower head is nice, but didn’t have an increased flow or pressure option. Since no wand is available you end up getting a very comfortable (and plenty warm/or hot- if desired) shower, just not one that sprays more directly… anywhere. What a strange detail to bring up….."

From drinks in the lobby bar, to champagne and strawberries in the room, to dinner at Stock and Bond, it was truly a perfect evening. The entire property is beautiful!"

"The most comfortable mattress, pillows and comforter. The staff was warm and welcoming to our dog. Offering dog biscuits and lots of attention. Happy tail wags! The Pool Bar margs were delicious and the crispy Brussels Sprouts were prepared to perfection. "
