Palma is an incredibly safe city, and the hotel's immediate surroundings felt no different. The staff provided A+ service throughout our stay, and the breakfast bar offered excellent food. "his is a charming boutique hotel set in a beautifully renovated historic building in the Old Town. With roughly 20–30 rooms, it has an intimate feel and plenty of character. Our room was clean and comfortable, though it had only a small courtyard-facing window, which meant limited natural light; something to expect in older heritage properties. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Given the size and age of the building, amenities are limited, but the charm, history, and warm service more than make up for it. "
