"Great place to stay in Palma! Some of the best hospitality I’ve received in a longtime. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Carried my luggage for me, parked my car, made dinner reservations. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine while I went through my check in. Gorgeous hotel as well with a restaurant on the Michelin guide. If you’re staying in Palma and want experience luxury, stay here! "

"The hotel was fantastic and all services met with my approval. The staff were all very professional and friendly . The room was very clean and had all the mod cons . I didn’t use the plunge pool on the roof . The hotel is centrally located but not ideal for parking . "
