Room was very damp and cold and couldn’t adjust it. Woman concierge was dishonest in trying to get me to rent a vehicle from her. Insisted there were no parking issues or crowds, when there are. Scared me about the cost of taxis and taking the bus. Told me the bus station was a short distance and it certainly wasn’t. Breakfast was okay but never was told that I could order an omelet or other specialty items until I was leaving. For the high cost of the room, I expected more breakfast items. Generally the hotel rooms are overpriced because of the busy tourism season. The male desk staff were all very nice, efficient and helpful.

The staff is very nice. The room was very large, which were really great. The only thing is you definitely need a rental car because it is not walkable to anything. Also the air-conditioning does not go below 74° in the room and we were in the middle of a heat wave.

AMAZING hotel. The staff were so welcoming! Spacious rooms. Free parking. Free breakfast. Beautiful pool. And the food at the restaurant was great. The only downside was that the hotel is really tucked away from the center or anything around. You would need a car in Sardinia and thankfully there’s always ample parking at the property. The airport was just a 10min drive from the hotel.

The hotel is absolutely stunning with massive rooms and fantastic luxury. The late checkout was bliss and gave us plenty of time to indulge ourselves at breakfast. Overall this is a fantastic hotel. The food at dinner was a little bland but the staff were fantastic. We didnt use the pool but it was gorgeous.

A functional easy hotel to stay. The checkin was great and easy and room ready early. The bed was so comfy and room a great size well appointed. Breakfast was great lots of options and wide selections. The pool sun-beds could be more comfortable and the snack bar by the pool a more varied menu. The staff were all very friendly. I would recommend staying here if you need somewhere functional to stay.

We were able to walk to the tourist areas in Olbia with lots of shopping and restaurants. We stayed over while waiting to be picked up for a tour and the hotel worked out great since we didn't have a car. Very nice pool. Breakfast was very good also. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

My partner and I loved this hotel as it had lovely facilities and the room exceeded our expectations! Convenient location and the on-site parking was a huge bonus. Staff were friendly so i would definitely recommend if you are looking to explore Olbia!

The staff were friendly, and the hotel is quite modern and clean. However don’t bother booking half board, the food selection was very limited and the food quality was just poor, very disappointing and not what you expect from a DoubleTree Hilton.

We had 2 suites everything was okay. One thing that was a downfall was the bathroom there was not an actual shower it was a tub and it was too high to get in it. Besides everything was great. Breakfast was the same thing every day after eating eggs small hotdogs, bacon and grill tomato’s the first day I thought the other days would have been variety of other stuff. Besides everything was ok, staff was super nice from front desk to cleaning staff.

Our quick overnight stay turned into quite a journey. We had a medical emergency at around 4am, where Giovanni so graciously helped us and called an ambulance. The staff was incredible and they ordered us a taxi back from the hospital. Would really recommend. Also a lovely property in itself, optimal location.

Breakfast was good! Lounge/barc restaurant was not so good (however they did correct their mistake in the end). Location was not very close to the center square, kind of remote from most things. Although it is walkable if you are capable. Would recommend staying closer to more amenities if we were to stay again.
