We stayed there for 2 nights. It is near to main road where there are many restaurants. From the rooftop restaurant, you can see the balloons being launched just before sunrise. And then have breakfast after. Breakfast is good with a decent spread. Comes with egg station. Though the staff cooking didn't speak much she had pictures and was super accommodating.

Saw Nyein San Guesthouse is a place that I would highly recommend staying at due to the convenient location and hospitality of the owner. I stayed 2 nights here and the double bedroom was spacious. Air conditioning worked well, and so did the Wi-Fi. The toilet also had a bath tub and hot water was available. When I arrived at 6am by bus, I was able to check in immediately and get a good rest. Got an upgrade to a superior room because we wanted a double bed. Hotel staff were really very friendly; we needed to book bus tickets to Mandalay and they just told us to leave it to them, and they contacted all the bus companies and got us the tickets we needed. Besides that, on our checkout day, the bus's pickup time was 4am, and the staff even asked if we needed a breakfast box for the bus ride because we would miss their buffet breakfast.
