"This place is not for anyone over 50. The location while close to train is frightening, very frightening. The rooftop is not open so no bar no breakfast no anything The room has nothing in it, no tissues no soap on tap, the pillows are non existent they are two pieces of hard foam. The beds are hard as bricks. It us not a place I can recommend but the staff tried their best and were cheerful and helpful but the hotel was beautiful 40 years ago but not now."

"This property is excellent, actually is the best of the best in the area that it’s situated. All amenities and all the staff is amazing 10/10. It’s just steps away from the Napoli CENTRALE Station which is the main reason we chose it. The only negative is the surrounding area in which is located which feels very unsafe, dirty and rundown."

"The hotel was good for the sole purpose of leaving for the airport at 4am. Biggest complaints: We had the deluxe room with jetted tub, NO JETTED TUB We picked the hotel for 24/7 airport shuttle, when asked about the shuttle since we were leaving at 4am the man at the front desk said, it’s a nice 5 minute walk. So we ended up walking with our luggage and 2 yr old son at 4am to the airport. Nothing special about the hotel but not a terrible place to spend the night for an overnight early airport trip. Not worth the price though, they should cut the price by at least 50 euros"

"The hotel was very convenient as it was connected to the car rental service and also very close to the airport. The only inconvenience we experienced was that the air conditioning did not work, and since we arrived very late, we couldn’t do anything about it. As a result, we spent a somewhat uncomfortable night due to the heat and humidity. We also couldn’t open the window because of the noise, as the hotel is located on a very busy street with a lot of traffic."
