"The hotel is cheap and you get exactly what you pay for. Don't book if you are expecting room service and everything to be perfect. Some rooms have faulty lights. Some have glasses and some don't. It's not perfection but I defy you to show me better in Aberdeen for £29 - £34 a night!
A few ideas for the hotel chain. Increase your price by £5 and scrap the annoying parking charge?
Open up the bar for crying out loud! You will make more money and please more guests!

"Very nice home and property. Great value. Seems like an excellent location for visiting Aberdeen. Hosts were great. Parking was easy (and free).
Only one minor issue. Our room was in the front of the house which is on a very busy street. So with our window open (it was unseasonably warm during our trip) there was quite a bit of traffic noise."
