"The check-in was fast, and the desk person was helpful and friendly. I requested a quiet room on the upper floor and was happy to see the room I got was in the exact location as the room I had stayed in two weeks before. The panoramic view of the Colorado River and Bullhead City is always nice. My preferred place to stay is now the Edgewater Hotel and Casino."

"the staff was great. Pool area and lake are were ok get to them early to get a place to sit. "

"This is like my 5th time staying there it’s older place but clean and great staff I like that you can park at your door or close to your room love it there"

"The hotel is fine. The casino is not great. Tables close at 11:30 because they do not have enough staff. Some of the dealers were friendly, but many are outwardly unfriendly. At times there was just one cocktail waitress for the entire casino floor (according to the pit boss). There were times when they had just one blackjack table open, even though many people were waiting to play. Instead they had a Pai Gow table and a 3 card poker table open…with no one playing and dealers standing around. Multiple people asked if a second blackjack table could be opened, the pit boss said no. If you’re coming here to gamble, consider going elsewhere. "

"Just aging carpets need to be replaced more amenities in the bathrooms needed more pillows "

"Pillows are old and worn, gave me headaches the longer I was in bed. The furniture were sticky and dusty, coffee maker was dirty also sticky. Not to mention the floors had candy and food crumbs. Wore my slippers ALL the time I stayed there. Didn’t use the pool, fitness, or any amenities but still had to pay the resort fee. I definitely would not recommend this place."
