A really great outing for the senses: comfortable, beautiful presented old school house with an antique shop in the playground, good parking, superb village location, convenient for the whole of west Norfolk and close enough to major routes for the rest of the county / region. "Stayed here while visiting family. Immaculate rooms and very spacious! You get great value for money. The beds are very comfy. Despite the bathroom being shared, it wasn't a problem; it was a lovely shower and bath. Unfortunately one of the other guests stupidly set off the alarm at nearly 1am but the owner was very responsive and communicated what happened to reassure us. I was impressed. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre, and there's a convenience store next door and lovely little cafe on the same street. "

"Unfortunately as we had travelled by train we were limited to using the buses to get into King's Lynn which was quite a good service but was a long 20/25 minutes walk to the bus stop from the hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean throughout. Delicious food "

"Struggled to get into the property but once in there was stains up the walls on the floor and the bedding was also stained and dirty messaged host on Expedia got no reply rand them it just rang off also sent a txt message and got blanked there too "

Great place to stay.

"One of the best equipped and well set up places I have stayed. Great to have clean and well-equipped kitchen. My room looked out on the road; at first I thought it would be too noisy but the double glazing was very effective at blocking the sound. Good information eg clearly labelled light switches. Easy to use door seduriry with codes. I was delighted to be able to leave my luggage between check-out and train departure. Very convenient for station, town, restaurants, church. I would recommend these rooms to others. "
