"Air conditioning in room. Staff very polite and friendly - sorted any queries immediately or sought a colleague who could. Good breakfast buffet each morning, variety of options for dinner too if choosing to eat at the hotel. Some decoration work ongoing during stay. Gym present, smaller than expected however. "

The rooms are spotless, the housekeeping is excellent, and the buggy service to the beach makes everything effortless. "Stayed for 4 nights at the property. Had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, location is excellent. All Rooms are pool facing, views from some of the rooms are spectacular. The staff is also very friendly, specially the room service and parking guards. Did not face any issues coming back late night also.Highly Recommended for north Goa stay as it is located conveniently near all the insta recommended cafés and bars😀"
