"We were in town for The American Rodeo Eastern Finals. This hotel was approximately 10 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park which is one of the reasons we chose this particular hotel. We found our room to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff polite. Sadly, I forgot my pillow at home which I regretted, but the shower more than made up for those sad pillows on the bed. "

"Unfortunately the hotel was being renovated and this was not disclosed on booking. I was woken at 7:30 in the morning with hammering and drilling directly above my room. It’s a good thing they are renovating. The carpet is old and filthy, the curtains are stained and there are many areas which need improvements. Great to have convenient and secure parking, breakfast included was edible. Staff were very polite and friendly. "

"Room smelled like try to cover up a random smell and the facility was extremely dirty. The toilet leaked. Overall stay away."

"Breakfast and cocktails in the bar were excellent. The rooms are well appointed. My issue is that there is no room for your toiletries in the bathroom. We moved a table from the living room into the bathroom. The clean towels they store in the shower on the bench. We had to put them on the floor. There are zero hooks for towels and the nice robes they supply. The bathroom needs to be more functional."
