"Didn't use the air or heat. Only needed to sleep until I picked up family from the train station. They need some housekeepers that will actually clean GOOD. The tub has a very stained bottom and all the walls need cleaning with bleach because they look terrible. The man in assuming the owner VERY GOOD MAN but need a good cleaning staff to better his property. "

"We didnt stay for breakfast because of a surgery at the Children's Hospital, but the staff did mention it and they were super friendly. We enjoyed a few hours in the pool which was nice and warm. And the room was spotless. We were late on check out so we called from the hospital advised we had cleared our belongings before we left and told them to close out out room which they were happy to do over the phone."

"The room was clean. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable! That is the main reason for my rating. Customer Service was pretty cold, but it was also late at night so maybe they were tired."
