The property is on the beach. Staff was very friendly as I walked around,i couldn't find the office and they pointed it out. After I realized I received an email explaining where it was.pier was short walk on beach and road .would definitely stay again.

Stayed 5 nights as a family of 3 and was our first time in OOB. location was perfect right in the action and on the beach. The staff were all awesome although we didn’t need much they were always smiling and eager to help. Rooms were clean, AC etc worked as it should. No complaints whatsoever and we would stay here again :)

They actually text us two hours before check in time to tell us our room was ready. Room was very clean but did have a smell to it. Easy parking, close to ocean. Worst thing was trains going through in the middle of the night blowing there horns ( very close and loud). Easy walk to pier

Check in was great. Very upbeat host. Talkive, good natured. We were very happy with our room, sliding was a bit rough sliding open. Very clean and comfortable first floor room. Chairs outside. Nice patio to sit and watch the ocean. There was also a great spot to grill and eat outside. Downside was the heated pool was at another motel along with the ice and soda machine. Parking lot was tight. Bigger sized vehicles are a hard fit. All in all, we would stay there again.

This is a great place to stay. Close to Bar Harbor yet outside of the craziness downtown. Very relaxing setting. We enjoyed sitting in the front porches and eating ice cream in the evening. Everything was clean and in good working order.

We noticed noise and vibration coming from the wall in the bathroom shower It was addressed as possibly and resolved. The housekeeping staff was very attentive to our needs. Obviously these motels have been there for a long time but found it clean and updated. We had a queen/twin studio. Bathroom very small. Kitchenette was decent. Utensils were all dirty. The supplied dish soap but nothing to wash with. Paper towels would have been nice too. View was splendid despite a rainy weekend. Staff was friendly. We were there for a baseball tournament so it met our needs. Would stay again.
