"Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! "Lovely hotel, elegant clean room. There was an excellent choice at breakfast in a spacious room. A huge bonus was Emmylou Harris and her band having breakfast together. The check in , check out, breakfast staff were really helpful even though the hotel was really busy. On the negative side, the room was a really long way from the lift and an event was going on with lots of loud music kept us awake until after midnight . Perhaps if you put the people attending the event on the 2nd floor so they aren’t in the noisy room would be helpful. Otherwise a treat to stay at the Marriott as I’ve only been there for conferences before. "
