Beach Resorts in Old Town Benidorm

"Spotless hotel, really beautiful. Staff are lovely, rooms are well equipped. Kettle as standard in every room. Iron available upon request. We booked bed and breakfast, and the food was great, lots and lots of choice. Free WiFi throughout, fast and efficient. The only downside was being charged €2 per day to use the in-room safe. Not sure why this is an additional cost, when other lesser hotels provide a safe as part of the room charge. This wasn't enough to deter from overall satisfaction, I'd definitely stay there again, and I will!"

"The hotel was very good and gave us a great week in Spain. The room was good with a balcony view of the beach and sea. The dining room was very well organised, offering a huge choice of food to satisfy all tastes. The staff were polite, professional, helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our holiday, and the hotel contributed to our enjoyment. Would return to this hotel."

"Lovely hotel but isolated from amenities and a long hill climb for those with limited walking abilities. There was no mini golf as advertised so no entertainment when pool was closed. They did have their cars for transport to explore other areas but at cost. Staff were helpful and hotel very clean."

"The hotel is in a great location. Our room was nice and spacious with a terrace to go outside and see the ocean. The staff is very friendly. Everyone we saw greeted us and smiled at us. Kevin at reception went above and beyond. He always has a smile for every guest. He helped us rent a car. Car was delivered to hotel. Super great service. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one."

"Good hotel. Rooms need updating especially bathrooms. Bedroom clean but bathroom had a lot of rust and mould. Very large bedrooms with large balcony and great views. Breakfast choice really good. Evening meal quite repetitive but can always find something to eat. Pool areas clean, big and modern. "
