"We had a great stay overall. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Breakfast was included and had a good selection each morning. The location is really convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to the train station, and there are plenty of shops, squares, and restaurants nearby, so it's easy to get around on foot. The room was new and modern, and I liked the remote-controlled curtains—they were a nice touch. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the shower setup. The shower is in a separate enclosed space from the toilet, which isn't a problem by itself, but there are only a few hooks inside and you have to be careful not to get your towel wet. There's also nowhere to put your clothes or other personal items, which made it a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great. I'd happily stay here again."

"Wonderful summer stay in the dolomites, we enjoyed hiking, and driving to see the sights. We loved the warm welcome, infused water, apples, and cookies always there to refresh us. Clean, generously-sized room and a fabulous breakfast, staff made certain that everything was stocked, cleaned, and kindly answered questions about the food, and offer specialty coffees like espresso or cappuccino. A Coop grocery store is walking distance away, in case you need snacks or drinks for hiking or other adventures. Spa was wonderful, fresh towels provided and hot ub, sauna, excellent - I was pleased to see they also had red-light therapy room in the spa, tried it out too! Super pleased with the parking situation, zero issues with finding parking because your spot is your room number in their underground parking garage."

"Modern and Beautiful hotel strategically located at city center. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful - all essential information was well communicated. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, very clean and well maintained in general. Rooftop restaurant has a fantastic view and the breakfast was well organised with helpful staffs. Will definitely return to this hotel if happen to revisit this city in near future."

"Our stay in Hotel Greif during April was wonderful. The hotel was the perfect base for exploring this beautiful region, with comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The spring weather, blooming landscapes, and stunning mountain views made our visit even more memorable. Restaurants and convenient stores are within walking distance including the train station. The staff were friendly and attentive, helping make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would stay at this hotel again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bolzano."
