Room 104 - very clean for the most part. I let the front desk know that the shower head needs replaced. Leaks and doesn't have good spray. My bath towel had a hole the size of a quarter. And there was a stain on the sofa we will say maybe from a milkshake.... So we covered the sofa to feel more comfortable ...

Quality Inn Mount Airy Mayberry
The staff was very helpful and friendly, the lobby was clean, breakfast was average, the room could use some minor maintenance, toilet was loose, air conditioner fan was noisy the room was pretty clean.
