"Staff friendly. Arrived at 3:15 wanted to charge me $30 for early check-in. I sat in the lounge and 30 minutes later he waved to me said I can check you in. I’d just had 13 hour flight from New Zealand!!! Did not tell me about signing up for the first shuttle the next morning."

"Staff was rude and food was cold. Room air conditioning did not work properly. Bathroom floors and showers are very slippery when wet and 2 of us slipped yet the staff did NOTHING and were rude to us. This place is brutal."

"Staff trying to get into room after a hour of arrival. Then tapping on the door in the morning to see if we had gone, but waking us up instead. Also talking in the corridor on her phone kept us awake . Also attitude was not good when spoke to. The other MAIN problem was asking for tips in the bar."

"Great location just a 5 min shuttle to the airport! Easy access to snacks and coffee in the lobby and a nice pool area and hot tub to relax in after a day out and about. Great customer service, everyone was kind and friendly!"
