"Wir waren schon mehrfach dort. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Neben einem schönen Pool mit ausreichend Schirmen und Liegen kann man aus der Anlage direkt auf den Sandstrand, der ewig flach ist. Ideal für Familien. Hunde sind erlaubt, was leider auch nachts zu Gebelle führt. Es ist eine Apartmentanlage, also muss man seine Betten selbst machen und es gibt nur einmal Handtücher. "Stay somewhere else! Communication and ownership is nonexistent at this property. Nor is respect. We were arriving on a Sunday afternoon. NO ONE at the property. Received an email with gate and lock box codes. NO envelope or keys inside. Emailed property and called no response. Waited hours with no response. The Emergency phone number, which we were told about when we left, was written ALL in French. (So if you don't read french or don't have a phone they don't care) The room we got was not fully clean. Squished bug on the wall, streaks on the walls and glass divider in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting, i doubt it has Ever been cleaned. Half a roll of toilet paper. Dishes left in the dishwasher and a pot was dirty in the drawer under the tv. Spider webs above the patio doors. Shower head/wand was mounted on the wall just above the tap. You have to hold it in your one hand while showering as its aimed at your shins otherwise. Only positive was that there was adequate parking. When checking out we brought our concerns to the front desk lady (after spending 25mins on Expedia chat) to which all she did was make excuses and try to blame others and us (because we don't speak/read French)! Then she had the nerve to say she wouldn't charge us for a late check out! It was 10:50am. Are you kidding me. I usually take most little things with a grain of salt when traveling to other countries but after everything, not a chance. Should be rated at a 5/10 max."

"Simple stay for Christmas holidays, room was clean, breakfast included was fresh and varied. French pastries and bread very fresh and of good quality. Ham, cheese, salami, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, etc.. also on offer. Very welcoming and helpful staff. "

"I'm eating this five stars, but I do have some specific caveats that won't mean much to many people. The hotel is excellent. It's located between the train station and road where many buses stop, and much of the city of Toulon is walkable from here. My main caveat was about the WiFi. It's fast but restricted in some very specific ways, and a little unreliable in poor weather too. For most people this'll be fine, it's good enough to mitigate the dent in your roaming data. But I found myself unable to join audio calls via Discord, unable to to play multiplayer games on my laptop, and unable to connect to my VPN for more secure use. My job is to make trailers for video games, so I don't expect this to affect many people. But if you need to do some work in a laptop whilst here, you may end up bumping up against these odd limitations. With all that said, I'd recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. It's priced like an IBIS but it's a lot less anonymous, with friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. I recommend a room with a terrace, they're not much more expensive than a regular room. I really enjoyed the extra space and the view."
