Ingen vinduer. Dårlig fungerende ventilasjon. Air-ccondition i praksis ute av drift. Ingen nye håndklær - det ble surt iløpet av fem døgn. Ingen kontakt med ansatte/ servicepersonell. Ingen svar på telefon - nummeret ble oppgitt som ute av funksjon. Her trengs alvorlig opprydding i kommunikasjonsformer."

"Lovely apartment in the old town. Hidden away. Historic building but apartment was modern. Very comfortable. Only problem was when we stayed the actual apartment had wifi problems and unfortunately in the five days we were there couldnt be fixed. . Francis the contact for the apartment did keep us up to date."
