"The location was great, only a few minutes to the airport and a very convenient shuttle service. The hotel does need some upgrading. Water was unavailable for about 1 hour!"

"The hotel was exactly what is needed for a pre-flight overnight from Malpensa. It truly is only a few minutes from terminal one, and their shuttle service was very efficient and fast. We dropped off our rental car the evening before our morning flight and they were at the curb to take us back to the hotel within minutes. The rooms are high ceilinged and spacious, with functional amenities. The dining room stays open till 10 PM but you do need reservations and it does get full. The staff was unenthusiastic and the food is mediocre, but far better than the usual airport options. It would help the atmosphere if they changed out the very harsh, overly bright wall lighting, as it is structurally a nice, classic space."

"Room itself was nice. Nothing too flashy, but clean and well taken care of, but the highlight was the service, staff, and restaurant. As soon as we got in we were able to check in right away and they took care of a shuttle to the airport as well as a dinner reservation at the restaurant immediately. Even provided us the option of them putting together a to go bag for breakfast since we were going to be leaving before breakfast hours started. They had it ready for us as we left dinner before going back to our room for the night. The restaurant itself was amazing. My wife called it the best meal she had while we were in Italy and the service there was exceptional too. I would definitely reccommend staying here if you are in the area."

"Property was unique and had a futuristic feel about it. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. The shower room at the spa was not fully clean, though it may be because we booked in for it last minute. Breakfast was nice, though the same offerings were presented every day. Maybe not sufficient for a 4 star hotel. Parking was ample & the free use of the electric car charging station was greatly welcomed. No comment about the staff."
