"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "Very dated property, rooms need a proper overhaul. As a solo female traveller I did not feel safe here -no door latches just a flip lock and very rowdy drunk guests. The area is also not great."
