"Overall a good experience. We loved the breakfast buffet selections. The location is also very close to amenities and shopping stores. The bathroom is a bit too small and it was a little difficult to move around. The shower handle was the most difficult to get the temperature to your liking. The showerhead flow was also not the best. At checkout, we somehow got a charge for a beverage that we did not take. It was later found out that another hotel guest has used our room number. It was rectified in the end after I showed that my signature was not the same as the one on the receipt."

"We first got a room next to the elevators which was very noisy, i believe room no 310. The room was also very dark with a tiny window looking onto the next office building in close proximity. The staff agreed to give us another room but only the following day since we already used the bed to recover from get leg awoken by the noise. That was a bit ridiculous. Breakfast was good but not very well organized/replenished as it was busy. The staff also found it objectionable for us to have our breakfast in the garden although it was nice weather. At the end we managed but then dear fellow guests had to smoke their objectionable cigarettes next to us spoiling it all."
