"Check in was very impersonal , rude, and distracted. The room was amazing, huge bed, great pillows, and wonderful air conditioning The outside appearence of the facility doesn't match the amazing rooms The breakfast was nothing special, hopefully the waffle maker will be fixed soon"

"There was no beach access on the property. It was an act of mother nature. The hurricane damaged the walk way entrances. I feel that info should have been included.
