"They charge you for the carpark which is ridiculous. Very old hotel, not worth the money at all."

"Perfect location. Literally 5 steps from the old town and everything you need. Breakfast was OK. Same everyday and not much variety. Room was very dark but quiet. The only noise was from.other guests closing doors or chatting in the corridor. Bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible. Lumpy. I asked for a firmer pillow but that was worse. I was not offered my free bottle of wine or offered an upgrade as part of the Hotels.com reward scheme which was disappointing."

"If you haven't been to Sarajevo you should go. An amazing, friendly city. This was a lovely hotel, perfectly situated. Clean, safe, secure with a perfect breakfast to start the day. If you get a chance to try Senada's Bosnian coffee with your breakfast it's even better!"

"Central location. No elevator. Parking is about 5 min walk away at 25e away. Room is tight shower is tight. Good views and restaurant is very good views but only treats and coffee no food or alcohol. Staff are nice."
