"For a Supposed 5 Star Hotel,found Rooms to be dated…needing a revamp.Minibar only filled with Water.No Alcohol or soft drinks(Fanta/Coke/Lemonade).And had to pay extra to use Safe in room…Also,had to fight to get Sunbed round the pool…people queuing at 7.30 to get best spot in sun as to many trees covering Pool area. Not really 5 Star expectation"

"This was our first stay at an all inclusive and my husband and I had a great time. We thought there was a large variety of food, which many healthy options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and for the most part quiet (you can hear the entertainment go until maybe 11 pm or so), with a wonderful view. It was end of the season, so it seems prices were also quite low for the experience. Overall, we were very happy. My only complaint was how often and almost aggressively,...

"The staff were all warm and welcoming. Entertainment was great and a fun atmosphere. The only thing that was a down side was the hotel must've had a slight sewage problem as certain areas didn't smell too great and the corridor of the the room we were staying in had a lighting issue that made going to my room a little frightening. Still a nice place to stay with a few small maintenance issue."

"A very clean and friendly hotel just off from the main hub, The food was lovely not that much English food but plenty of and very tasty the pool was very clean and the surrounding area. All the staff where polite and helpful, we enjoyed it so much that we are going back in October "
