"Majority of the stay there was no Internet! Very limited housekeeping and they say there is breakfast, but it’s never readily available "

"hotel is in very dirty place lot of homeles infront, and when we arrived they said that dont have room for us plus hotels.com dont want to give me refund as is not able to contact wit this property so they should remove it from this site...."

"The property is nice & well kept. Breakfast was not good at all. It was served cold & not appetizing. I booked 2 rooms with triple beds in each for 5. They insisted for paying for a 6th who was a child who happened to join us. Charged extra for the 6th person. "

"The location was closed to the city. Hotel is set up in a private gated property that was a large farmhouse "finca" It had individual small cabins for 2 people to 7 people. Not very big, but comfortable. The pool and the facilities were great. Gym, Clay Tennis court, small soccer field and plenty of places for a walk. The breakfast was included a la carte and served in very spacious open area with the view of the property. The view of the landscape was great. No need for AC because of the...

"El hotel esta en construcción, no tiene recepción, las personas encargadas del cuidado de este hotel son muy ruidosas no respetan que hay huéspedes en el hotel. negocian la tarifa con los clientes en los corredores como si fuera un lugar por horas Lo peor en la madrugada despertando a los que estamos descansando. no se siente que sea un lugar seguro. Nunca me dieron factura aunque la pedí. No tienen información clara y se molestaron por preguntar."

"El primer día muchos zancudos y personas bullosas (costeños) poniendo música. El segundo, otras personas bullosas hablando muy duro. el silencio es importante. "
