"Room was just gross!!! Hair all in the bathroom shower, mold, and dirt everywhere. Bedding was dirty and room smelled. Ask to be moved to another room which was cleaner however still not clean as it should be then found stains on the towels and bedding! I will NEVER stay at this location again, we always stay at Holiday Inn but now I am questioning our decision on that."

Bugs in the room apparently eating the furniture in the bathroom. Shower rod broken down. Carpet sticky. Beautifully appointed and sadly neglected."
