I booked this hotel explicitly because Expedia shows 24 hour round trip airport shuttle on request. I in fact I was advised when I checked in that the service was unavailable until 07:00. My flight departed at 05:05 so I was forced to take an Uber for $51.

Checked most boxes. No pool or hot tub on site. The hotel bar was closed the Friday night we arrived, although it might have had to do with severe weather in the area that day, it was not clear.

Very nice facility. The room I was assigned was still dirty, though, and that took a bit of time to get assigned one that "worked". And the self-parking with the QR code was beyond me. Thumbs down for that!

The people who work at your establishment are extremely kind and very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the balcony and view. The only complaint would be the lock and door of the balcony needs a little TLC, but if that's the worst thing we had to deal with, I'll easily take it☺️

This is the third time staying here. I love the location and the rooms. Perfect spot for all downtown activities. We were going to a show at the Steelhouse. Great staff and can’t say enough good things about it.

I liked the easy access to the Old Market. However, the beds need to be updated. I found the king size bed to be uncomfortable plus my daughter slept on a roll away bed and the springs poked her all night and she barely got any sleep.

Hubby and I were pleasantly surprised. This was the least expensive option for Marriot hotels in downtown Omaha. It was 1 block away from the CHI center, perfect location since we were attended an event there. Room was lovely with tall ceilings and windows. Clean. The employees were helpful and polite. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Enjoyed the shower was modern and wonderful water pressure. It was sub zero temps and very windy out during our stay the room stayed warm but the windows were a bit drafty. Thankfully the beds were situated far enough away you didn’t feel it unless you were right next to the windows.Be careful about your bill was charged more than quoted online and I selected $10 parking on the Expedia site but had to pay $15 once there which can only be paid by using your phone. So I ended up paying for parking twice.

Double check amenities
We had a great stay. The only thing that was upsetting was we purposely booked this hotel so our kids could swim because the site said it had a pool. We were informed that they did not have one upon check in. Our kids were disappointed.

Windows leak bad. Could feel the the cold air blowing in. Room is very small. Couch was weird shape, hard to sit in comfortably. Only a small dorm fridge in room no microwave.
