Excellent experience overall. Arrived late at night and the gentleman that greeted us was fantastic. Room was very clean and stocked with amenities. Breakfast bar was fresh with a variety of eats. First time at Home2Suites and will not be the last at Omaha West.

The hotel is very nice not new but but roomy and well laid out. The staff was super nice. The front desk clerk could not have been more helpful. My only complaint was the sliding bathroom door was too hard to move. Handles and better maintenance to make it slide better is needed.

The staff are awesome, very helpful and polite. Some of the furnishing in the suites is quite worn but they are remodeling. We are traveling with pets. Everything is still clean. The kitchen has what you need and hotplates are available. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located and clean. The breakfast was running low at 7:30 am and what was out was not very warm. They did refill food around 8 with sandwiches and egg bites which looked good. We just came at the wrong time I guess. Overall we are happy with this hotel and will likely stay again.

The front desk associate was funny and welcoming checking us in. We loved him! Clean room! Clean entry way and halls. We didn’t need the pool or hot tub but saw many using it & the nice gym. Breakfast is small but does the trick. Plenty of free parking. Close to a Walgreens and a great pizza restaurant named PITCH within walking distance. Highly recommend visiting PITCH for a cold beverage & a great meal! 7 Brew & Scooters coffee within a .1- 1 mile area. Yum! Great hotel with an outdoor fire to sit by as well at night. I’d stay there again!!

There were many people at the hotel. There wasn't enough breakfast for everyone and it wasn't refilled often enough. Our room wasn't cleaned for the 3 days we were there. There were pluses- good location, many restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful.
