"It was a lovely little gite, in a nice peaceful area, with beautiful scenery. Situated close enough to Chateabriant to be convenient for sightseeing/shopping/meals out, but far enough to be peaceful and relaxing. The host, Melanie, literally could not do enough for us. She was incredibly friendly, informative, gave us good recommendations for places to eat, even did our washing for us! " I booked a twin room for myself and my son and we had a lovely meal the evening we arrived. We only had coffee in the morning before departing. My only complaint would be that the beds are suitable for children but not so much for adults. Wider quilts that cover you and hang over the bed further would have made it a more comfortable nights sleep, especially for my son who is tall and of larger build, plus extra pillows in the wardrobe for those who require them would have been appreciated. This was our only disappointment. Otherwise we were very pleased with the food and service. "
