The hotel itself is undermaintained: without any signs, no elevator, but plenty of stairs, some broken and malfunctioning gear. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels.
