"Stinky room, below power quality for Hilton name. Difficult Parking, did not get what I booked for. Overall, one of the poorest experience. I had to cover my head with a bedsheet in order to avoid the smell in the room, even with air condition on there was a smell. I was so tired that I did not bother to call the reception because I saw the quality of the reception and receptionist and I did not bother, as I knew that there won’t be any good telling them anything."
"I actually loved this place. I had a one night stay for a funeral and just needed to sleep. But, I felt very comfortable here and would certainly stay long term if needed. The rooms are clean, neat, and equipped with all amenities. The staff was also very friendly and the bed was comfortable. I read some negative reviews prior to my visit but figured I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did, it was a great stay. "
"Well, this property is in desperate need of repair and updating. Our room was basically clean. We had requested a pet friendly room and the shade that closes the patio door was stained and torn. Although the bathroom was clean there was water damage beside the tub as I found out it is impossible to shower and not have water escape. There was a hairdryer but it was broken. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and the fridge worked well and there was good water pressure. The courtyard for the pet friendly room was disgusting. The grass needed cut it looked abandoned there was feces on the ground and the garbage was not emptied in the 2 nights we were there. The hallway smelled of mold and occasionally weed and the outside of the building had building materials that looked like they had been there a long time.
The crowning glory was the fire alarm that went off intermittently for no reason. Apparently if water reaches one of the fire alarms it goes off. Twice the first night after midnight and once in the evening if the second day. My husband inquired if this was an ongoing issue and the front desk clerk struggled to uh, um, well say nothing. I am assuming the fire alarm is going off since it’s getting wet from the roof leaking, ie smell of mold or mildew in the halls and the water damages on the ceiling tiles. My recommendation would be to stay anywhere else especially with a 40.00 pet deposit, which I do not begrudge but I do at least want the sh!tty garbage emptied. "
