"First of all when I arrived the clerk was sitting in the office texting or playing on his cell phone not paying any attention that I was waiting at the counter. Not friendly and seemed more in a hurry to get back to his phone than to really help me get checked in. You can certainly tell the building is old and needs repairs. Doors are broken all over down the hallways. A few of them actually look like they have been broken into which is very alarming and feels very unsafe. The king size bed is in horrible condition. The center of the bed is worn out a whole lot more than the rest of the bed making it very uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep. Hair left behind from previous tenants in the shower area and tub. Hair was brown strait and about 4 inches long which did not match mine or the other guests hair. You can see pee spots all over the floor surrounding the toilet. He central air system had gaps where you could see directly outside thru. Also the whole thing moved which should not do that. Very unsafe for a second floor unit. And my absolute favorite issue, a full plate of breakfast foods left inside the microwave from who knows when. I wish I could upload photos and the videos of this room. It was absolutely horrible. Definitely will not be staying at this location ever again. Certainly not worth the money I paid either!! Very unpleasant experience!! "

"The staff was very helpful when I checked in the rooms were clean. They said the pool was open till 11 but when we went to go to the pool, it said it was closed."

"Hot tub is out side but under covered roof. The pool is open 24 hours. Plenty of shopping near buy. The included breakfast is very good."

"Kallen at front desk was very helpful. We traveled with pets and all the staff enjoyed giving them pets. We were there a whole week and they could have been better at servicing room, clean towels etc."

"Clean room, hotel is well kept. Staff is courteous and helpful. We stay here every time we travel to Indian River."

"Only negative is the vehicles that stop at the stop sign. About 80% of them have to rev the engine or take off flooring it, you guys ain't that bad! Annoying."
