Hotels near One World Trade Center

"Booked through Expedia but they never sent the code to the customer entry door. Had to call Hotel staff while on transit to get that information. Staff immediately emailed the info. Hotel is in a very centric location near restaurants and grocery stores. Hotel was comfortable and clean…. Was surprised that even had a kitchenette! The only downfall is that it has “very steep” stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors and it was very hard to get that heavy luggage up the stairs. I would not recommend for an elderly person."

"Good location. Good value. Clean room easy check in friendly staff. It’s an older motel with an older tv, not very many outlets, very rough sheets. Definitely not luxury but clean and cheap for the night before a cruise"

"Really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant on board was easy to get seated and enjoy our meals. Ubers were quick for pick ups and the water taxi was a great option to get to the restaurants across the water. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was definitely not your typical hotel room but it was very cool to see all the historic pieces that are still there."

"Don’t expect much. It’s a secluded location so there is a decent level of privacy, which may be the only noticeable value here. The pool was open, but the food/beverage area was closed at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. No waitstaff either. The restaurant they claim to have is pretty much just an event space. No bar. Limited food menu. Tough when you’re not walkable to any other restaurants. "

"The young woman at check-in was very condescending and not pleasant. I hope it was just a bad day for her. Another staff member was cussing at another and threw glass and paperwork on the floor. It was not a pleasant check in experience. I’ve been a member of Marriott for several years and have NEVER had an experience like this and it make me re-think continuing my membership!"
