I made the reservations about two months in advance of our stay. Requested a room with two queen beds. It was confirmed. Upon check in they had changed that to one king bed and a hide a bed. Not acceptable. They then change us to a two bed room. When we got to the room it had not been cleaned. At this point we are late for dinner reservations. The house cleaning manager said she would clean the room and make sure both beds were made. When we returned the room was clean!
On check out I asked for some compensation and was told that I had to request this through Expedia. I am now doing this
To add to all of this they had allowed a group from Maine Maritime Academy to set up a tail gate party under the portico at the entrance. Not a good idea!!
I have stayed a many Hampton Inns and this is the first one where there has been this kind of a problem.
