I made the reservations about two months in advance of our stay. Requested a room with two queen beds. It was confirmed. Upon check in they had changed that to one king bed and a hide a bed. Not acceptable. They then change us to a two bed room. When we got to the room it had not been cleaned. At this point we are late for dinner reservations. The house cleaning manager said she would clean the room and make sure both beds were made. When we returned the room was clean! On check out I asked for some compensation and was told that I had to request this through Expedia. I am now doing this To add to all of this they had allowed a group from Maine Maritime Academy to set up a tail gate party under the portico at the entrance. Not a good idea!! I have stayed a many Hampton Inns and this is the first one where there has been this kind of a problem. I await your reply. Richard Stover

When i first arrived, their hot tub was not working. The second day of my stay, to my surprise, the hot tub was up and running! One of the strongest jetted tubs I've had the pleasure of soaking in, and the temp was PERFECT. Wonderful and relaxing. The noise level from the highway was a little off-putting, but with the room fan on it drown it out. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was super kind too!

Clean, spacious room, Staff super friendly. Only down side is the smoking section is right outside the front door of the lobby and you had to walk right through it. Seemed to be a lot of smokers.

I wish I got her name but the lady at the front desk that is originally from Babylon and moved to Oneonta was the best! She was so friendly and accommodating! We will definitely be back to stay

Great Visit-- (1 small item to repair)
Everything was excellent. Great checkin-- nice she knew my first name when I gave the last name-- Breakfast was great.. Room was COMFY... Meant to mention when I checked out, but forgot-=-- the USB port by the bed-- (2 plug)-- one was broken and the other was not working-- just was glad I had a ac/dc adaptor with me, as I usually just use the USB port in my car to charge my phone.

The first room reeked of smoke and the next one didn't have a bathroom ventilation fan. The shower in the second room was also pathetic. The spray was basically dripping out of the head. Also the hotel smelled like weed pretty often, even near the front desk.

The Hampton Inn in Oneonta was a delight to stay in. It is convenient to Oneonta and Otego where we traveled. All amenities that we needed were available for us. We highly recommend a stay there.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. I lost a pin and they found it and called me. I was able to arrange to have them mail it back to me. Usually when you lose something it’s gone for good. I have stayed here on two previous occasions and will continue to stay here on my next trip.

A Welcoming Place!
The entire staff here are friendly and welcoming and helpful. The facility is clean, well maintained, and convenient to downtown. We are repeat guests and will be staying again the next time we visit Oneonta!
