"Great location for visiting Llanes. It's an easy walk for about five minutes to the centre of the town. Parking on the premises is good with an added bonus of some places being under a cover. Room was clean and good size with a massive terrace with sun lounges, table and chairs on. Good breakfast (โ‚ฌ15 pp) with selection of hot food, cold cuts of cheeses and meat, yogurt, fruit and pastry etc. No noise any time of the day from inside or outside. There was a large fan in the room, but an air con would have been really great. Large bathroom with a shower; unfortunately no ventilation so it can get steamy."
