"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite. Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "Very clean hotel and the city is also is very clean. Highly recommend this hotel for location close to Chalmers university and located 30 minutes from the airport. The hotel staff was attentive to any requests and someone was there to greet you by a friendly staff member. Would return back to this location. "
