"The kitchen area was amazing. The couch was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning did not work. There were no bathroom towels. Some beach towels. We had three total for 5 people. The advertised private beach access was not able to be found. We gave up and drove to the beach 2 miles away. This could be an amazing place if those things were fixed. We did ask for more towels. But they never came. The basement smelled like gas and I told the owner and he said he would...

"​I would definitely stay here again! This was my first time visiting Rochester, and we chose this hotel for the 4th of July weekend. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding, even while adjusting to some new changes (which is completely normal). My room was clean, relaxing, and made for a very enjoyable stay. ​While the hotel breakfast was just okay, the location is highly convenient—you're close to a Racetrac gas station, Cracker Barrel, and several other spots, especially if you drive or use Uber/Lyft. The only minor issue was that my blanket wasn't fully clean when I arrived late on the first night and just wanted to sleep. ​Overall, thank you for a pleasant stay. I look forward to booking here again!"
