"We originally booked another hotel. But when we read the bad reviews, we decided to book the Pan Pacific Toronto. It was in a convenient location with all the restaurants right across the street. The room was clean and the water pressure is soothing. They even made our bed when we were out during the day. Will come back again. The only thing I can think to complain is not enough lighting during the night in the room for us to do some work."
