Search Lodges in Ooty

I felt compelled to write this because our stay at this hotel was genuinely the best we’ve ever experienced. The hospitality was exceptional—every staff member, from security to the reception and restaurant teams, greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel completely at home. Our 4-night stay was wonderful, and the hotel’s peaceful location in a quieter part of Ooty made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. There are so many people to thank, but I’d like to mention a few...

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Savoy run by the Taj. The service was excellent from all staff, and the food really delicious. The cool weather made our sojourn there all the more memorable, especially the time spent before the fireplace in the room.

Due to the heavy rainfall and floods in Chennai, our plans were carried forward by a day and hence we arrived at Ooty a day before our reservation. The Manager on duty was very understanding and happy to amend our reservation and accommodate us on short notice. Although the hotel is relatively old, it's nonetheless very well-maintained and the rooms were clean and tidy. Customer service personnel were extremely polite and very helpful.
