"Such a beautiful resort. Most of the staff were so welcoming. We loved the beach, the pool and some of the restaurants. The Divi is in a convenient location. I would love to return for a visit to the Divi. "

"The staff was great throughout with a couple exceptions….at the Palm Beach Restaurant one of burgers came out on a moldy roll. The waitress took it back but the other 2 had their food so we waited for the the waitress to tell us what our options were. She came out 20 min later with a burger that was well done not medium as ordered. The waitress offered to take the burger off the bill or get something else but at this point we had been there over an hour and had other plans that we needed to leave for. The manager never came out so I asked for her. She she came out, she apologized and said she would take the burger off the bill. I said, we are guests here who have spent a great deal of money and I can’t believe a moldy bun came out of the kitchen and then the next burger was overcooked and not eaten. I think we should not have to pay for lunch. She tried to bargain with me that she would take both burgers off the bill. I said are you really going to go back and forth with me over this? She told me she had to talk to her GM and disappeared. This is NOT the service or experience I expect from the Hyatt. The resort is great and I highly recommend but I would probably not eat at that particular restaurant again. "

"Barcelo Aruba is the place to be! The resort is the perfect size—small enough to feel comfortable but big enough to have everything you need. The staff is fantastic, the beach and pools are just the right spot, and it’s within walking distance to all the fun outside the resort. I had a true 5-star experience here. And if you’re an Expedia VIP, make sure to mention it—they’ll give you extra perks that make your stay even more special."

"We stay in building 2. The air-conditioning was not working in the elevator and it was already hot out side. The hallway was hot like there was not any air."

"Perfect Mother/Daughter August 2025 vacation. Fabulous staff. There is nothing they will not do for you to make your Ritz experience unforgettable. Rooms are spacious & kept spotless. On site dining was very good & convenient. Pool/beach areas are spotless & provide comfortable lounge chairs, unlimited towels, sunscreen & ice water stations (bring your water bottle for easy refills.) Segway servers are at your service throughout the day bringing drinks & food right to your seat. It is amazing to watch how effortlessly they navigate through the chairs. Pool & Fitness center are open 24/7. Floats, kayaks, paddle boards are free of charge. Musicians during outdoor day & evenings are so impressive. There was a different instrument each day including a sax, guitar, violin with familiar & tasteful tunes. The spa was lovely. We did a couples massage for 90 minutes & it was the best. No reservation are required to use the relaxation room, steam room & whirlpool. This is a nice perk if you need a break from the fun & sun. My daughter & I are committed to our Ritz Aruba vaca each year. We are so lucky & appreciative to have enjoyed the best experience ever!!"
