"The staff at reception were exceptionally polite, helpful and spoke Polish slowly so I could understand everything. This is really appreciated as most hotels would switch to English.The room was airy, spacious, clean and had excellent views out over the city. My only issue would be to include blackout blinds as the dual aspect windows admitted a lot of light. I would certainly stay in the hotel again, especially as close to the old town but also the train station. A very good stay."

"Very good and central hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had 5 rooms and no one complained as they were all a good size and clean. Our shower leaked but was not an issue. Very good stay and would definitely recommend."

"Plenty of free parking. Excellent quality breakfast with lots of options. Beds comfortable. Quiet area. Supermarket and pharmacy next door. 15 mins to airport. Nothing to complain about except maybe have few more hangers in the wardrobes."
