"This hotel fells more like a hostel. It was clean, but Wifi was very poor. Best in wifi was at the reception building. Virtually in a dark spot even for cellular phone connection. Breakfast was ok, but limited. It’s basically part of a group of buildings associated with an isolated monastery ruin deep in the forest. As such it was interesting."

"Petra was a wonderful host, kind, informative and welcoming. The apartment had everything we could need and the location was breathtaking. The town centre of Oppenau was only a couple of minutes drive away and couldn’t have been more charming. Parking is free, public transport is free for tourists. The drives over the mountain through the Black Forest were breathtaking. Thank you for making us so welcome, we will be back "
