"Alcohol anonymous conference—hotel filled with smokers (nonsmoking room was potent); sinks plugged, Luke warm water to shower and room 3335 was haunted. Experienced ghost encounter and were catholic and never experienced anything like this before. Will not return ever again!"

"We’ve stayed here before and had a good stay then, but this time we were in a room with a huge gap between the door and floor. I had to put something to block out the light coming in from the nearly one inch gap, We also had no hot water for showers in the morning. That was a major bummer. I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again because of this recent experience, even though the renovations are nice and staff is lovely. This makes me sad. I was hoping for a better stay."

"The room was full of ants, i told staff and they did nothing about it, i had to throw a bunch of candy and cookies in the trash because the ants had gotten into them. I even brought ants back with me home. The room also didn’t have a microwave like it advertised and they did nothing about it. It was overall horrible "
