"Everything is nice. Love the express check out - having a staff check out for us as we walked out the elevator. Love the free breakfast. The only complaint I have is that one morning as we were rushing to meet up with friends, some guests (the university of Hawaii female sport team) parked their cars on the exit lane at the main entrance, waiting for their students to check out and get into their vehicles. The entry lanes were also full of cars, so we were stuck there for a little while. Fortunately, one of the entry lanes got cleared up, so we got out that way. If this happens again, please direct them to wait for their students in the garage or somewhere without blocking other guests. Their strong athletes can push their suitcases to the garage like everyone else. Thank you! "

"Chloe (front desk) was simply wonderful. We arrived tired and hungry due to a 4 1/2 hour delay in Dallas and the non-existent airport to hotel transfers advertised on Expedia which caused use to scramble to book a last minute rental car. She made check-in a breeze and was able to assist with extending our stay when our departure flight was cancelled due to weather. Chloe is professional, knowledgeable able the area, and genuinely appears to care. Avenue of the Arts is extremely lucky to have this young lady representing their business. We were able to relax and unwind in a lovely, artistically, decorated hotel with great amenities, a comfortable bed, and an expansive green space."
