"Great experience for a family: clean, spacious, nice breakfast with eggs and bacon plus fruit, waffles, pancakes, milk, coffee, tea, cereal, etc. Nice swimming pool, exercise room, quiet, nice staff. We really liked it and highly recommend it."
"Excellent parking availability. All felt very safe. VERY comfortable bed.
NOTE FOR JUST A NIGHT OR TWO GUESTS: Very nice optipns for long term guests. With suites and many I guess with longer term stays, there isn't breakfast. [They were great & made sure I knew at checkin & I went ahead and bought a microwave cup of oatmeal for the morning.] I didn't catch that when I was looking for a place for the night while stopped at a rest area.] Will likely stay again."
"AVOID THIS PLACE . Stayed there last night after reading some recent reviews and I have no clue how this hotel got those reviews. Maybe a newer section i that was in.
Check in was smooth, woman was nice, but it was all down hill from there. Walked into the building where our room was and it smelled bad. The rail up two flights of stairs was loose and caused me to almost slip when I grabbed it. Stairs felt weak and the door leading to the outside to get to the room was shattered. Once we got into the room, it overwhelmed me of cigarette smoke, that I almost threw up. Went back downstairs to complain about the room, as I booked a non smoking room, the woman said she didn’t realize I booked a non smoking room. Maybe you should ask if you don’t know. She then was about to put us into a new room and realized that it was a king room and we needed two queens. Finally got to the room and it was in need of a big overall. The toilet ran off and on all night, the fire alarm was torn from the ceiling, cracks in many walls, floor was sticky, black stains on towels, and there was a stain on the comforter that looked like blood. Other things as well, but you get the jyst. The only positives was the shower had good water pressure and was hot, but needs a good cleaning and reno. At check out the guy behind the front desk refused to give me a receipt saying he couldn’t because I booked via hotels.com. I’d say more, but I’m out of characters. DO NOT STAY HERE. WORSE HOTEL EVER "
